  Michelle did a great job with my highlights, however the haircut was a disaster. Instead of thinning my hair, she cut it so that now I have ½-inch chunks of hair throughout my head and because it is so short in these areas I just have to wait until it grows out to fix it. She did not follow the pictures that I brought in and the haircut I did get is time consuming to style. She is a really nice person but I will not return for a haircut.
